What is Soma?

‘Soma’ means ‘body’. We ground back to the body because stress and trauma live there. By returning to the body — through ritual, design and sensory experience — healing becomes possible. Each offering is designed for real human states — stress, sleeplessness, overwhelm, grief, trauma fog — pairing intentional design, rare and layered botanicals with trauma-informed rituals.
