What is Soma?
Soma is a new language of care - objects of refuge that calm the nervous system, reconnect body and mind and reimagine beauty as refuge for all women navigating stress, recovery or simply the demands of modern life.
‘Soma’ means ‘body’. We ground back to the body because stress and trauma live there. By returning to the body — through ritual, design and sensory experience — healing becomes possible. Each offering is designed for real human states — stress, sleeplessness, overwhelm, grief, trauma fog — pairing intentional design, rare and layered botanicals with trauma-informed rituals.
This is beauty with purpose: products that soften the skin, steady the spirit and dignify recovery.
When healing is met with beauty, dignity and care, it no longer hides in silence or scarcity - it becomes visible. And when healing is visible, it begins to shift how we value safety and care on a broader scale. Soma carries this belief quietly in every object of refuge, not only grounding the individual, but reminding us that dignity in recovery has the power to reshape the world around us. At Soma’s heart is the quiet conviction that safety is not a privilege, it is the most human right of all, even if the world has yet to name it as one.
Through its 1-in-5 donation model, Soma ensures survivors of domestic and family violence receive the same luxury, grounding care as the broader market - turning refuge into a shared act of dignity. In this way, Soma is both an offering of beauty and presence, and a quiet form of advocacy: seeding change through objects of care, dignity and visibility that speak without needing to shout.
This is not another cosmetic or wellness range. This is a new category: luxury, trauma-informed grounding tools — designed to reconnect mind and body and to be as beautiful as they are restorative.
This is Soma.
